Meet Karen, Customer Service Representative! 

Karen has been a member of the Heart to Home Meals team for nearly 2 years. As a Customer Service Representative for the Courier Model,  Karen provides support to customers with their orders and resolves any issues that might arise. In addition, she reaches out to existing customers, sends brochure requests, and manages website orders.  

A Massachusetts native, Karen's hometown is Malden. Prior to joining HTHM, Karen worked for Lifeline for 18 years providing customer service in the call department. Karen now lives in Millbury, MA, with her husband, two sons, and two cats. 

In her spare time, Karen enjoys traveling with her family. This summer, Karen and her family vacationed in Florida, and they are currently planning a trip to California. Karen and her youngest son also share a love of theater, and the two often see plays in Boston and New York City. Recently, the pair have seen the musicals Beetlejuice and Six.
