Can I request a brochure?

  • Yes, you can order a brochure using our online form or call us free on (508) 658-3000. You can order the brochure for yourself or to send to someone else.

Can I request a brochure when I don't have an e-mail address?

  • If you don’t have an email address then you can order a brochure by calling us on (508) 658-3000.

How do I search for meals that fit within my particular diet?

  • When you browse our product page - on the left hand side of the page you will see 'Dietary' and 'Made Without' filters. Use the Dietary filter to browse meals that are, for example, low in fat or high in fiber. Use the 'Made Without' filters to browse meals that are, for example, made without egg or milk.

What size are the meals?

  • We have three meal sizes – Standard (10oz- 15oz) which is the size of our standard main meals, Hearty (17oz - 19oz) which is the size of our Hearty Meals range, and Mini (5oz - 7oz) which is the size of our Mini Meals range.

Do you deliver in my area?

  • We're based in Marlborough, MA and currently serve most of Central and Eastern Massachusetts including Middlesex, Norfolk, Essex, Plymouth, Bristol, Barnstable, and Worcester Counties.The easiest way to find out whether we deliver in your area is by adding any product to your cart and then entering your ZIP code in the pop-up. Alternatively, you can call us on (508) 658-3000 and we'll be able to tell you when are where our home delivery service currently operates.

When will my order arrive?

  • We are in all of our delivery areas at least once a week so you should never have long to wait once you place your order. Once your order has been recieved, we will contact you to confirm a delivery date and time. Generally, once you have been given a delivery day and time, it will be your regular slot.

Do you offer hot meals?

  • No. All our ready meals are delivered frozen.

Can items be microwaved/oven cooked?

  • All of our prepared meals and soups can be cooked in a microwave or oven. You can find the cooking instructions for each meal and dessert under the 'Cooking Instructions' tab when you click on the item. Please check the label of the meal or dessert for exact cooking guidelines.

Why can't I log into my account?

  • If you are having trouble logging into your account you should see some error messages telling you want the problem is, for example, the email and/or password may not match the email or password you used when you registered on the website.
  • If you have forgotten your email address for your web account, or are still having problems logging in after resetting your password, please call us at (508) 658-3000 and we will do our best to help solve the problem.

Is there a minimum order /delivery charge?

  • We do not have a minimum order amount or charge for delivery. Most customers typically order a week's worth of meals at a time but, put simply, you can order what you want, when you want it, and we'll deliver it to you for free!

Is it possible to change the vegetables/sides on a particular meal?

  • Our ready-made meals only come with the sides and vegetables as shown on the website or brochure. Unfortunately, we cannot create meals to-order or change the vegetables or sides.
  • If you have any feedback on any of our meals or desserts, you can send us your comments using the Contact Us page. We will then forward any comments to our chefs to help improve our meals.
