We are excited to announce the recent expansion of our local delivery area. On February 1st, we expanded to include all of Worcester and Essex Counties, as well as the following Massachusetts towns: Bondsville, Brimfield, Holland, Monson, New Salem, Orange, Palmer, Thorndike, Three Rivers, Wales, Ware, and Warwick. This is in addition to our service area that includes counties: Barnstable, Bristol, Middlesex, Norfolk, and Suffolk.
We have also expanded our local delivery service to select towns that border Massachusetts in Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. In northeast Connecticut, towns that are now part of our local delivery area include: North Grosvenordale, Quinebaug, Stafford Springs, Thompson, Woodstock Valley, and Woodstock. In southern New Hampshire, towns include: Atkinson, East Kingston, Greenville, Hollis, Hudson, Milford, Nashua, New Ipswich, Newton, Pelham, Plaistow, Rindge, Salem, and Seabrook. Lastly, in northeastern Rhode Island, towns include: Barrington, Cumberland, Harrisville, Little Compton, North Smithfield, Pawtucket, Riverside, Rumford, Slatersville, Tiverton, Warren, Woonsocket
Seniors in these areas are now eligible to receive free delivery from Heart to Home Meals drivers. Delivery drivers are happy to go into homes and even place meals in seniors’ freezers. With the expansion, seniors in these towns will also have access to à la carte ordering, specialty bundles, and a selection of soups and desserts.

Why did you decide to expand the local delivery service?
We’ve always wanted to expand in Massachusetts, but our guiding principle was ensuring that with expansion, we’d be able to provide the same, high level of customer service for all our customers. We’ve been able to spend more time and resources on researching the needs of seniors, and found that there’s a need for meal services that value nutrition and provide special services like free delivery with a familiar driver.
Do you anticipate further expansion?
Our goal is to continue expanding our local delivery service, but we will only expand when we’ve been able to ensure the same high level of quality service for all customers.
For New England seniors outside of the local delivery area, what kind of service can they receive?
For customers outside of the local delivery area, we do offer an option to receive our meals via a shipped delivery. In this model, customers are able to order bundles of 10 or 14 standard-sized meals, which are delivered via FedEx. Shipping is free, and there’s no subscription, no contracts, and we stand by the service with our same satisfaction guarantee – if you don’t like a meal, we’ll replace it at no cost.
In your opinion, why should someone shop with Heart to Home Meals?
Our company believes that food isn’t just about nutrition but is also an important part of culture. With our food, we hope to foster meaningful experiences. We use quality ingredients, avoid preservatives, and offer several options for special diets including Low Sodium, Low Calorie, High Fiber, and Low-Saturated Fat. In addition, we are working on expanding our range of special diets to include Diabetic, Renal, and Heart Healthy.
